The GAMAA 2009 Workshop Programme will again feature GAMAA's unique blend of academic presenters and business experts, providing participants with a vibrant and challenging environment in which to learn new skills – skills that will assist them in achieving future growth; both personal and business.

GAMAA will present 3 Workshops in 2009, two one day Workshops in March & August and one Residential Workshop in October.

Change Management - New World, New Rules - Residential Workshop

Sydney – 23-24th October – HC Coombs Centre, Kirribilli

Fundamentally this Residential Workshop will operate on three levels – the individual, the team and the organisation – taking into consideration the complex environments we all work in. The workshop will explore the "change management" principles that will enable managers to lead their teams forward. It will also explore the skills and strategies needed to shift the mindset of management to "true leadership".

Surviving and Thriving in an Age of Change - One Day Workshop

Sydney – 26th March – Medina Executive, Coogee
Melbourne – 7th August – Fenix, Richmond
