Fundamentally this Residential Workshop will operate on three levels – the individual, the team and the organisation – taking into consideration the complex environments we all work in. The workshop will explore the "change management" principles that will enable managers to lead their teams forward. It will also explore the skills and strategies needed to shift the mindset of management to "true leadership".
