This workshop teaches how to conduct effective conversations – a skill vital to developing a sound leadership approach. The workshop is designed to build confidence by explaining what an effective conversation is and focusing on the mindsets needed to conduct an effective conversation.
It also addresses the core skills of listening, questioning, feedback and asserting a message. And it provides participants with tangible tools that can be applied immediately to personal and professional endeavours.
