GAMAA LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

August Workshop

The August workshop “Power and Influence” which was held in Sydney was a roaring success. With a full house, this three-day residential workshop put participants through a range of activities including team building, negotiation, problem solving and values analysis providing them with real, practical tools to take back and use in their day-to-day work environment.

“Power and Influence” explored the opportunities that face leaders today in creating a new way forward and focused on the contributions that strong connection in relationships can make to the challenge of working within environmental uncertainty and ambiguity. In 2006 GAMAA will once again run a workshop programme open to those working in the industry. Look out for more details in the end of year GAMAA Update or visit the GAMAA website at www.gamaa.net.au
