This workshop is designed to explore innovative ideas on how to make changes within the business, how to tease out new opportunities and how to develop new and realistic approaches that can drive the bottom line.

Change Management – New World, New Rules - Residential Workshop

Fundamentally this residential workshop will operate on three levels:  the individual, the team and the organisation taking into consideration the complex environment we work in. The workshop will explore the change management principles that will enable managers to lead their teams forward.  It will also explore the skills and strategies needed to shift the mindset of management to true leadership.
