Trueflownet is not a product but an umbrella term to describe a range of interconnected activities that move the printing industry towards a truly automated workflow. The concept is to integrate Screen software with as wide a range of complementary third party products as possible with PDF and JDF as the core technology.

The Rite Suite consists of a series of modules that enable online communication between print providers and their customers. All of the tools strengthen those relationships by adding automated services at several stages in the communication process. All of the tools in the Rite Suite make use of standard DTP tools and the internet so designers do not need to learn new skills or even load new software onto their computers.

The Trueflow Suite is the core of Trueflownet and lies at the heart of the prepress production environment. The Trueflow Suite of software increases prepress productivity - with pre-flight, colour conversion, imposition, trapping and RIPping - all able to be implemented in a completely automated prepress production workflow. In addition, JDF is utilised as the communication tool between areas. This facilitates fast job setups and prevents the type of errors that can occur through the re-keying or miscommunication of data.

With Color Suite, Screen provides full colour management integration for prepress and press. Features include CIP3 and ICC quality control standards. The fast scanning of unique colour strips allow new levels of integrated quality control. The online measurement of printed sheets, generation and automatic updating of ICC profiles are immediately available in the prepress workflow. Color Suite is an open and modular system that comprises LabFit tools, suitable for both Screen and non-Screen environments. Color Suite closes the gap between colour management control in both prepress and press environments.

Truepress 344 is a compact, highly automated A3 printing solution. Ideal for prepress and printing companies moving to high quality on-demand supply of printed material. Featuring a unique Multi Array laser Diode Imaging head with processless plates, job changeover times are less than 6 minutes. Imaging at 2400dpi resolution and printing with the conventional offset process with standard inks and water, the Truepress 344 delivers an outstanding level of print quality.

Innovative full-colour variable-data inkjet printing system.
The Truepress Jet520 is a continuous feed, single-pass, inkjet printer developed to support the growing demand for quality, high speed variable data printing. The use of Epson’s latest multi-tone Piezo DOD (Drop-On-Demand) inkjet heads and water-based pigment inks results in a high level of quality and reliability on various paper stocks. The roll-fed paper feeding system gives users the flexibility to handle high-speed and high volume print runs. At 420 colour pages or 64 meters a minute and 507 mm print width the Truepress Jet520 has been designed to give a productivity level that is suitable for high volume transactional and direct mail printing but at a quality level that far exceeds what is currently available at this kind of performance.
