For the CRD, In Plant, Print-for-Pay and Commercial Print markets, Ricoh offers a range of mono and colour cut sheet and continuous form printing solutions. Our cut sheet black and white range offers impressive speeds of up to 135ppm, with flexible capabilities and the robustness of high volume engines.

Production Service & Maintenance
Production is the livelihood of your business; that is why we have a dedicated team of production technicians with specialised training to assist you with any of your production service or maintenance needs. Our national production contact centre is open from 8am – 7pm EST and 8am - 8pm DEST weekdays to ensure that we are available to you during your key business hours.
Our swift response times mean we can have one of our technicians on site within an hour for your Ricoh colour production device or two hours for your black & white production devices in metropolitan areas.
Education & Training
At Ricoh Australia, we believe the only way to achieve the very best results from ‘day one’ of your new Production Solution is to undertake professional full solution training. Training is not a mere afterthought at Ricoh. Our approach is to train key operators in a manner that enables them to drive our Ricoh production solutions to their full capability and to maximise efficiency.
With this in mind, Ricoh has developed a Production Education Centre located within our Printing Innovation Centre in Sydney CBD. The Education Centre is a custom built facility and is fully equipped with all of Ricoh Australia production devices and software.
Our desire to provide quality training to operators is paramount. The course structure and materials including all training manuals are customised to the operators and their specific workflow requirements, ensuring that the quality of the training will be second to none.
